Ras Al Khaimah Gateway is a multi purpose community spread across an area of 2.9 million square feet. The uniquely designed project offers conference, hotel and exhibition complexes. Rakeen undertake the design of the gateway project. This landmark project is ideally located 150 kilometers to the eastern side of Dubai. Gateway project is an urban master plan and is situated at the entrance of the city. Various naturally shaded areas are well protected within the gateway. The architecture of the project is well surrounded by desert and mountain landscape.
The architectural landscape of the gateway is combined in a landmark tower which is 200 meters high. This tower is well appointed for a star rated hotel and acts as a main gateway plaza. The tower offer great scenic views across the emirate and the gulf. This is basically a mixed use development comprising of retail spaces as well. The total build area is expected to be is 270 000m2. Moreover, there are open associated gardens and landscaped areas. Ras Al Khaimah Gateway will thus, turn into a landmark project.
